Our client, a global retailer, is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for their location in Sunnyvale, CA. This person will be responsible for various scheduling, composition, and paperwork maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Compose various communication on a company-wide basis
  • Organize scheduling initiatives, presentations, memos, and notes
  • Complete expense reports and invoices
  • Welcome visitors at the front desk
  • Direct all calls, emails, and mail to the appropriate person or location
  • Assist in company annual budget compilation as required

Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-4 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
