Our client, a global eCommerce retailer, is seeking a temporary Assistant Business Manager, Merchandising for their offices in San Bruno, CA. This positon will support our client’ s merchandising efforts for their Photo and Cameras/Camcorders area of their eCommerce site.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Customer service reporting and resolution such as executive escalations, BBB complaints and site issues
  • Item set-up expertise including ops testing, 3rd party content management, and troubleshooting
  • Coordination and execution  of content releases
  • Competitive market research and price tracking 
  • Production issue management such as tickets, follow-up and communication efforts internal teams
  • Tile and imagery merchandising

Job Requirements:
  • A seasoned MA with experience with item setup
  • Technically oriented experience with tools and photo electronics
  • Highly organized and have the ability to prioritize on a daily basis
  • Highly motivated (self starter)
  • Provocatively problem solve
  • Thrive in a team environment
