Our client, a cosmetics and beauty brand, is seeking to hire an Assistant  Store Manager for their location in NYC. This is a permanent, full time position that needs to be filled.

Job Responsibilities
  • Keep the store running efficiently
  • Ensure that customer service is of the highest standards at all times
  • Keep track of company sales targets and ensure all company sales targets, operations goals, policies and procedures are met and maintained
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team and Senior Management
  • Effective management of productivity, individual targets, employee relations and coaching on all areas of development
  • Ensure excellent visual presentation at all times
  • Maintains practices consistent with company guidelines and procedures

Job Qualifications:
  • Over 3 years of Supervisor/Management experience in a luxury retail store
  • Background with contemporary or luxury fashion and customer service
  • Energetic personality and excited about the brand
  • Ability to create a selling experience
  • Polished presentation
  • Demonstrates the ability to drive sales and work as a team player
