Our client, a luxury retailer, is looking to hire a temporary Boutique Assistant to work in their Miami location. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with the team of an established fashion brand with a celebrity following during the holiday season. Candidates must be available to work full-time hours with open availability between 11/27/17 and 1/22/18.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the execution of store operations and procedures
  • Exhibit brand’s high standards of customer service through supporting the sales function in each client interaction
  • Maintain store stock is up-to-date, organized, kept accounted for
  • Keep the sales floor looking neat and organized at all times
  • Assist with answering phones and greeting customers
  • Maintain office systems and cash desk operations
  • Photograph new merchandise and assist with managing waitlists
  • Assist with repairs (ordering parts, replacements and supplies)

Job Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of retail experience, luxury preferred
  • A passion and knowledge of the fashion industry
  • An outgoing and positive personality
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skill
