Our client, a contemporary accessories brand, is seeking a Boutique Manager for their location in Schaumburg, Illinois. This person will be responsible for conducting general store management in a leadership role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
  • Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
  • Maintain personal and productivity goals
  • Follow all store standards and guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
  • Retail management experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Must be able to communicate with clients and move freely about the store
  • Display a positive attitude at all times
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
