Our client, a luxury bridal brand, is seeking a full time Sales Consultant to join the Flagship store in NYC. This person will be responsible for providing assistance to clients focused on personal service and catering to their expectations. Bridal experience is required as well as a great understanding of luxury fashion. 

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage the stock and insure that dresses are available in time and volume.
  • Daily planning and preparing of scheduling appoints for customers, making sure the dresses and accessories are received from headquarters.  
  • Insure the store image and personal is meeting company standards.
  • Handle issues that may arise in an efficient manner.

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a sales consultant in bridal or ready to wear luxury.
  • Able to meet goals and KPIs.
  • Have exceptional customer service experience.
  • Computer skills required, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
