Our client, an upscale boutique, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their corporate office in New York City. Candidates should have strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and provide them with excellent service; alert the appropriate staff when guests arrive
  • Act as a liaison between retail stores and customers’ returns
  • Verify all online shipping orders and handle any issues

Job Requirements:
  • 1+ years of front desk, administrative, or receptionist experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Mailchimp
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven customer service and guest service success
  • Available on a full-time basis from 10am – 7pm
