Executive Assistant to CFO

Our client, a luxury fashion company, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to the CFO.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining calendar, organizing meetings, assisting with correspondence, proofreading documents, and organizing file systems
  • Arrange travel and accommodations when traveling
  • Provide other dedicated administrative support, including working in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Act as a gatekeeper with other employees and external partners

Job Requirements Include:
  • 4+ years of previous experience in an  administrative capacity 
  • Ability to organize, plan, schedule, determine priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel between NYC and Secaucus, NJ offices
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
