Our client, a luxury shopping and dining destination is seeking additional help for the holidays! These part-time positions will be responsible for being out in the center to assist guests with locating stores & restaurants, carrying out packages, escorting VIP guests, and partnering with Holiday Staff.Schedule is flexible, up to 30 hours a week, and must be able to start this coming week.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in promoting gift cards and VIP reward program
  • Define, communicate, and maintain high standards for visitors at all times
  • Provide information and resources to direct visitors by proactively identifying and attending to their needs and/or questions

Job Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous event experience is required
  • Prior experience guest services is preferred
  • Multi-lingual is preferred
  • Comfortable standing on your feet throughout duration of the shift
  • Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
  • Comfortable being both inside and out
