Our client, a luxury accessories brand, is looking to hire a Human Resources Director work with their team at their Hudson County offices. This position will report directly to the VP of Human Resources and will serve as a key role to maintain the overall success of the team.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Proactively address internal employee relation issues and responding appropriately
  • Partner with business units in the office to reinforce positive engagement, productivity, and development
  • Research and provide insight on developing human resource practices, both internally and externally
  • Develops project plans and timelines for assignments; manages and communicates projects from inception through implementation
  • Follows and provides guidance on industry trends and current internal and external human resources and business practices
  • Provide guidance to employees in regards to career opportunities, benefits, compensation, and other perks

Job Requirements Include:
  • Bachelor’ s degree required
  • 7+ years in human resources, management  experience required 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage information for 200+ employees
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in multiple states
  • Knowledge or ability to adapt to city, state and country regulations
