Our client, a luxury accessories brand, is looking to hire a Human Resources Director work with their team at their Hudson County offices. This position will report directly to the VP of Human Resources and will serve as a key role to maintain the overall success of the team.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Proactively address internal employee relation issues and responding appropriately
Partner with business units in the office to reinforce positive engagement, productivity, and development
Research and provide insight on developing human resource practices, both internally and externally
Develops project plans and timelines for assignments; manages and communicates projects from inception through implementation
Follows and provides guidance on industry trends and current internal and external human resources and business practices
Provide guidance to employees in regards to career opportunities, benefits, compensation, and other perks
Job Requirements Include:
Bachelor’ s degree required
7+ years in human resources, management experience required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage information for 200+ employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in multiple states
Knowledge or ability to adapt to city, state and country regulations
