Our client, a global wholesale brand, is seeking to hire an Item Set up Specialist for their administrative team. This is a temporary position for their location in San Bruno, CA.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Training and supporting merchants as they set up items for the website
  • Managing data, providing and implementing solutions to better business processes and responding to high volume of emails
  • Working cross functionally with internal and external partners to provide great customer service to resolve any issues

Job Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented and has the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Process and track multiple inbound and outbound data requests
  • Strong academic background in business or finance or a work history that demonstrates competence managing multiple information streams Interpersonal Competencies
  • Quick learner and willing to take initiative
  • Team-oriented and has the ability to work and collaborate effectively with others
