Pyramid Consulting Group, a nationwide multi-divisional recruitment firm, is hiring a Marketing Assistant for their office in midtown NYC. The Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Senior Marketing Director and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as writing job descriptions and postings
Manage the company blog, writing at least one article per week
Oversee all social media for the company, creating content, postings and monitoring activity.
Help brainstorm promotions and executing social media campaigns and contests
Use Adobe programs to create graphics for social media and presentations for clients
Assist Senior Marketing Director with company event planning and our Pyramid Possibilities program.
Bachelor’ s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related field
1+ years’ experience working in marketing or advertising, internships ok
Adobe skills a MUST (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Experience using multiple social networking sites
Excellent creative problem-solving skills
Results driven, detail oriented, consistently meet deadlines and produce high-quality work
