Operations Coordinator

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their New York City team. This person will be responsible for providing support for all retail and wholesale locations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Enforce all company policies and procedures in accordance with retail locations
  • Track and process all consignment, shipment, and sales information
  • Collaborate with stores to fulfill any merchandise requirements
  • Provide cross-functional teams with monthly reports
  • Collaborate with vendors and various internal teams to replenish stock and make any maintenance repairs
  • Provide annual inventory counts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure office maintenance, logistics, and inventory needs are met

Job Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in an operational role
  • Experience in a luxury environment preferred
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
