Our client, a footwear brand, is opening their first outlet store! They are hiring a Store Manager for this location at Carlsbad Premium Outlets. The Manager will become an integral part of their outlet strategy and guaranteeing a seamless transition from their full-price retail store to the outlet store. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of Store Management experience to be challenged with a new career adventure. This position will start ASAP

Job Responsibilities
  • Motivate and drive store team to achieve sales and inventory goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop new store associates
  • Establish individual goals for store associates to achieve total store sales goals
  • Create and manage weekly schedules for store team that will optimizes sales while maintaining payroll budgets
  • Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities and develop selling strategies
  • Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales
  • Execute and maintain all Merchandising and Marketing directives
  • Develop events and incentives that will address existing and new customer base, with particular emphasis on building local market opportunities
  • Monitor inventory flow and ensure that staff adheres to all shipping/receiving policies and procedures

Job Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of Store Management experience with experience opening new stores
  • 1 year of Outlet management required
  • Prior experience in business development, visual merchandising and store operations
  • Proven success in motivating retail teams to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Experience recruiting, training, developing and managing store employees
  • Must be able to lift, carry and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and climb ladders
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends and split shifts


$50, 000-$55, 000 plus bonus.
