Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking a Sales Associates for their store in NY, NY. This role requires candidates to possess connections within interior design and luxury level clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a detailed product and brand knowledge to provide superior  customer service
  • Collaborate with designers on a weekly basis to launch new products
  • Determine customers’ needs in order to  build strong client relationships
  • Oversee sales, quotes, and client  correspondence
  • Assist with customer concerns and/or returns as needed

Job Requirements:
  • 1+ year of luxury experience in a sales role in a commission environment
  • Maintain an affluent client book
  • Strong knowledge on how to sell and clientele
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Employee must be able to communicate with clients and move freely about the store
