Our client, an skin care brand, is looking to hire a store manager for their location in Georgetown in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the company’ s Retail Business Manager.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Motivate the sales team daily to ensure store objectives and goals are met
  • Review and analyze store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs to identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Creates effective working relationships with people who can advance work goals
  • Promptly and efficiently resolve any customer complaints
  • Ensure customer service is elevated at all times

Job Requirements Include:
  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial position
  • A working knowledge of the Washington, DC luxury retail climate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
