Our client, an upscale boutique, is seeking a Store Manager for their New York City location. This person will be responsible for ensuring sales goals are met.

Job Description:
  • Motivate the sales team daily to ensure store objectives and goals are met
  • Review and analyze store sales against budgets and team performance on KPIs to identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Creates effective working relationships with people who can advance work goals
  • Promptly and efficiently resolve any customer complaints
  • Ensure customer service is elevated at all times

Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Store Manager experience 
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Previous experience in a selling environment
  • Ability to utilize  feedback to modify and develop alternative solutions and be prepared to make decisions
