Store Receptionist

Our client, a luxury bridal company, is seeking a Receptionist for their store in New York City. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer  telephone & routing calls to the appropriate person
  • Greet  visitors  and directing them to the appropriate location
  • Prepare all purchase orders and cash register management
  • Maintain  filing systems and basic databases as applicable
  • Offer refreshments to clients as they enter the store
  • Assist  with various administrative functions as needed

Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of front desk, administrative, or receptionist experience
  • Strong interest in the fashion business
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven customer service and guest service success
