Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager for its corporate office in New York City. This role will assist in  retaining top talent, and leading a team to hire the best talent through all functions of the company.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the talent team in identifying top talent to fit the culture of the brand
  • Inform candidates of the hiring process at all levels and provide touch-base meetings for new employees
  • Oversee and develop talent pool for important roles and industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to understand the market and needs of the business
  • Manage implementation of the new ATS
  • Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with clients and external recruiters
  • Oversee the recruitment budget
  • Maintain and grow relationships with universities, fairs, and other places to source candidates

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • 7- 10 years of relevant recruiting experience
  • Luxury fashion/ retail experience preferred
  • Experience in and strong understanding of the retail environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Accomplished, relationship-driven professional with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
