eCommerce Merchandising Assistant

Our client, a global retailing corporation, is seeking a temporary eCommerce Merchandising Assistant of Apparel for their office in San Bruno, CA. This person will be responsible for managing the subcategory item pages on the brand’ s website. This is a 13-week assignment with potential to extend longer.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee item page content and cross-sells, including accessories, for the merchandising department
  • Provide customer service support by answering questions from the call center associates
  • Ensure inventory is fulfilled and arrives on schedule by collaborating with Inbound Supply team
  • Report site performance
  • Suggests any improvements in business solutions

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience in merchandising, customer service, or product coordination
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to investigate and dig into the problem/troubleshooting
  • Thinks outside of the box and recognizes issues
  • Strong attention to detail
