Our client, a global retailing corporation, is seeking a temporary eCommerce Photography Producer for their office location in South San Francisco, CA. This position ensures the successful creation and delivery of creative assets for posting to the company’ s website.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Production department to ensure alignment of productivity by tracking the photo shoot progress
  • Manage and resolve any photo shoot issues that arise
  • Coordinate photo studio operations and production as well as collaborate with product photography teams
  • Work closely with the Merchandising department to confirm Item Set-Up and requests while also enforcing sample receipt deadlines
  • Selecting photo crews and enforcing the use of style guides to ensure the best practice of operations are maintained
  • Tracking and reporting on samples throughout the production lifecycle
  • Reporting on the performance of studio production so that cross-functional stakeholders can be notified of production process improvements  
  • Applying expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by guiding others in the application of the information and best practices

Job Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’ s degree in Photography, Art, or related field
  • 1 year experience in professional digital photography or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital photography production or operations, or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail photography production
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing creative or related field
  • 2+ years’ experience managing vendor contracts and relationships
  • 2 years’ experience managing cross-functional teams
  • 1 year experience in professional digital photography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects an extremely fast-paced production environment
